The 2Dx® AD-BIO product line are specially developed aqueous suspensions of 2Dx® material for bio-based adhesives for paper products, corrugated board, particle and fiber board and other wood and cellulose applications.
REDUCING DRYING TIME AND TEMPERATURE
2Dx® AD-BIO can be used in bio-based adhesives to reduce total adhesive consumption and reduce drying time and temperature. Typically, the 2Dx® AD-BIO product line is used in starch-, fructose, dextrose or other biopolymer or mixed biopolymer adhesives, at active contents of <0.5 wt.% based on the dry final weight of the total glue formulation.
